Matiu Taurau (BCom CA) brings many years of accountancy and business development experience to TMR Energy. Matiu shares his time between TMR Energy and GHA as a management consultant, a company he has been with since 2015. His international and local experience in business includes being a Chartered Accountant since 2008, accountancy and audit roles with listed company Comvita and Audit New Zealand. Internationally he worked for Fortune 500 company General Electric in the UK. Matiu’s knowledge and experience spans a number of industries and sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and Māori authorities. He is pleased to be able to lend his skills and talents for his Rangitāne iwi and his wider client network to succeed together.
