Our Projects
At the centre of our current work programme is the Master Planning and Design Phase of residential housing on four sites across Tamaki nui-ā-Rua (Tararua) and Wairarapa districts.
Supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Design, our focus is on ensuring that we deliver for the whanau who will choose to live there.
This work will provide the foundation to begin the delivery of high-quality affordable housing solutions during 2024.
These sites are located at Matamau, Dannevirke, Pahiatua and Masterton.
